Appreciating my first sunrise experience at CCLEX

Hello everyone,

I hope that all of us are doing great everyday. It’s been a while since I haven’t posted anything here. Lately I was so busy prioritizing my stressful job that I can’t even have the time to think what should I update her first. Aside from that I lost access of my account since I switched phone and I was so lazy to keep up both my job and thinking what to update when I have it back.

Anyway, I decided to get back here it’s because I missed everyone and I missed so much engaging in HIVE. I hope that you did not forget about me and you still continued to support my contents.

Moving forward a few weeks ago I had a chance to passed through Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway or commonly known as CCLEX the third bridge that was built connecting South Roads Properties in Cebu City in mainland Cebu, and Cordova on Mactan Island and longest see-crossing bridge in the Philippines.

The plan was to passed by the bridge before sunrise together with friends with a motorcycles to catch the beauty of the City lights but something came up. One of us had a flat tire so we went around to find a vulcanizing shop at 4 AM which very seldom to find one since everybody is sleeping already. Luckily we still manage to find one and fixed the tire and after 30 minutes were back on plan but it’s already different. It’s almost 6AM and the sun is shining. Therefore its been already planned so we continues to travel begins at South Road Properties and to reach Cordova, Mactan.

Along our way I was so amazed that we travelled at that point of time than catching up city lights at 4 AM. Turns out I enjoy seeing the sun shining from above more than seeing the city lights from below. I truly love sunrise and sunsets as well it makes my soul calm and remind me that every sunrise invites us to begin again what ever struggles we may face in life.

This trip made my hearts happy. I don't always go here because I don't have personal service and I don't go to Mactan much. The reason why I came here with them its because I'm drawn every time I see the beautiful color of the bridge at night when Im in the capital City.

It was amazing too when we went down because I felt like I was in another country as I see in the show that the road is very beautiful, clean and wide .

Anyway it only took us 20 minutes to travel the bridge. But I took a lot of pictures during the ride and sharing you my favorite ones. We reach down point at Cordova and paid 60 php or ($1.04) tool fee.

And on our return trip, we passed through the old bridge because it is quite far and we have to pay the tool fee again if we pass through CCLEX again. It's really annoying because there's too much traffic already and it's too hot but why we are complaining it is what it is. 😅
