Mo-Eh-Wa - Fujii Kaze Concert in Manila

Excitement was all I could ever feel when this song was sung by Kaze at the concert. In my mind, I was thinking, "Here is the song that captured your heart Jude, the first Kaze song that kept you going during your down times." While watching the concert, I couldn't help but sing along. I didn't care how my voice sounded, whether I was tone-deaf or off-key, I just wanted to enjoy the moment and jam with the song. I was in my own world, and all I knew was that I was just happy to be witnessing it live. This upbeat version of "Mo-eh-wa" was different from the original song I used to listen to, but no matter what version it is, it will always be my number one favorite.

Story of why I love this song so much:

n 2022, I was blogging while jamming to a J-pop mix album on Spotify, just checking out some random songs that I wouldn't normally listen to. While I was in my zone writing, the song "MO-EH-WA" came on, and there was a part of the song that really caught my attention and it was:

I don’t need to fully understand it, but the melody touched my heart and resonated with my entire being. It conveyed a message that says, "Hey, breathe. Don’t feel suffocated, heal from whatever burden you’re carrying right now." It's incredible that a song can connect with me like this. This song has been my comfort throughout 2022, and even now, I never tire of listening to it. Ironically, the meaning of the song connects perfectly with my feelings and what I need to feel when I started researching what it meant, so I think it was the universes doing for me to find the song, mind you with so many songs in that jpop album this song was the only one that captured my heart. so I think it was meant for me to discover.

This song inspired me to explore Kaze's other tracks, and he has never disappointed me. I’ve come to love all his songs, as they provide comfort whenever I’m in pain. I never expected to feel such affection for so many songs by a single artist. Kaze is the highlight of my life, and that will forever be true. I cling to his music when life gets dark, as his songs bring brightness to my days. Writing this down put a tear in my eye because I recalled the day how I found this song and how beautiful it was for me to discover it,
