The Road to Our Thesis Adventure

Hello again Hivers I'm back again for another story to share to you. In my previous blog, I said that we are searching for a company wherein we can have our OJT, If you haven’t read my previous blog, you can check it here: PREVIOUS BLOG

Today I will not be talking about our OJT but I will be going to share my thesis story . I woke up early as I needed to go to school very early. Firstly I grab my morning coffee after arriving at school. A few hours later , my groupmates arrived and we discussed first which company we would visit. I’m thankful today that we have a vehicle to use this time for our company hunt (Tears of joy from being spared a tiring walk).

First we visit all the Government Facilities at our local town, we go to , DILG, NBI, DAR, BIR , DTI, and others. At DILG we talk to their manager and they need a learning management system. To Department Agrarian Reform they want a mapping system where in it can monitor the given supply and projects that is distributed to the whole region.

After a two company we decided to take a break and we saw this little booth of Department of Agriculture were in they are selling the local products of town. As for me I bought this fresh Dairy Product that is extracted from a goat and of course the famous kangkong chips. So far it is all delicious.

At of this moment we are now on the way to the DTI and unfortunately we got stock on a heavy traffic.

Finally, we arrived, but unfortunately, DTI didn’t have any available system for us to work on. So we urgently go to the last company , Its a private resort , When we arrived , we were welcomed as if we were a guest. Lolz. The front desk said that we will be waiting for their manager to talk to our concern.

While we are waiting for the manager we got to stroll around the resort. They have this play area, it comes with a billiard table , pool and they have also a small pop up bar were you can by drinks and beers.

After an hour of waiting we decided to have a glimpse of the sea side of the resort. The sea is so perfect I feel the cold breeze of the air. The sand the covers my feet that just like encouraging to go for a swim. If this meeting didn’t really need to be settled ASAP, I would’ve gone swimming, lolz.

Today was a very tiring yet its a meaningful day. Because I had a chance to meet new people, engage in a conversation with them and I feel their determination to help us in our thesis project. Despite the exhaustion the experience was memorable.
