After giving birth and resigned from my job, nahirapan akong mag adjust na nasa Bahay lang. Since one of my favorite kakanin is kutsinta I really tried to make it. Nag YouTube, finollow lahat Ng instructions pero di talaga nakuha, mapait sya.
One day my co worker sent me her ingredients at Ako na nag experiment to make it perfect. Naku! Di lang Isang try but so many times. Nakaranas Ng medyo watery, nakaranas Ng nasunog Hanggang molder kasi di namalayan na naubos na pala Ang water sa steamer, and after many tries I made it right at dumating Ang time na binibinta ko na sya before.
Kaya kapag may gusto tayo, aralin, mag effort until we made it right and perfect.

Hahahaha So timely! last night lang nasabihan ako ni hubby na "nao-obsess ka na sa pag gawa ng baon ng anak mo" kasi naman Sabado pa lang naglalatag na ako ng meal plan na baon ng anak ko para sa next week at bago nag umpisa yung taon nag promise ko less processed foods ang papabaon ko sakanya, less din yung mga nabibiling biscuits sa grocery, so ayun kinakarer ng lola nyu gumising ng madaling araw para gumawa ng sandwich, waffles or kahit anung homebake na pwede nya madala sa school. Sa ulam naman gumawa na ako ng homemade nuggets, cordon bleu, burger patty para sa burger steak at kung anu anu na lang, nakakapagod pero masaya naman.
Kakadeliver lang ng waffle at sandwich maker, pati na din yung sandwich wax paper at tapes hahahah may donut maker pang naka add to cart and take note di tayo nagamit ng instant waffle mix, talagang sukat sukat ng harina at baking powder sa umaga at melt ng butter kasi nga gusto ko nahihirapan ako lol syempre everyday ko din mina myday un #Baonserye 🤣
Ang dami kong bento at baon ideas na sini-share ko sa newsfeed ko at naka ONLY ME lang kasi baka maflood yung mga fb friends ko hahahaha,
Naiisipan ko na nga gawin negosyo e, Baonserye tapos pickup na lang sa bahay ng mga nanay na walang time mag prep ng baon ng anak nila.
Sa ngayon sipag na sipag pa ako pero baka lang di ko mapanindigan at sa kalagitnaan ng taon e magbaon na sya ng fudgee bar at sky flakes hahahah

Ang saya naman ng #baonserye. Yung mga friends ko mqy pa bento kineme pa sila sa mga baon ng junakis. Nagagawa ko lang tong ganitong baon kpag mag picnic kaming family. Winner yang obsession mo marse! Natakam tuloy ako sa clubhouse sandwich. San ba nag aaral sila kuya? Manghihingi ako ng baon nila. Hahahaha

picky eater kasi si kuya unlike my bunso, so yung baon nya lang yung mga nasisingitan ko ng gulay like lettuce, tomato and cucumber sa sandwich at yung malunggay or celery sinasama ko paggiling ng chicken to make nuggets, at kinakain nya naman without complaining hahahah not sure kung gutom sya sa school o maganda yung presentation ng food at naitago yung gulay or what pero so far nauubos nya ung baon nya, sa bahay kasi if my other food options sya, ginigilid nya sa plato yung gulay, kakaloka hahaha

1 cup and 2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
pwede sub water sa milk and oil sa butter pero dahan lang pag mix ng liquid since iba iba absorption ng flour sa liquid, dapat di runny at the same time di rin too thick yung batter

My recent obsession...? Hmmm, probably making the perfectly shaped fudgy brownies. 😂
I haven't baked since I moved to Tokyo and my airfryer wasn't used for baking so this was probably the comeback to baking and I feel like I have forgotten the recipe I was using a few years ago. 😂
So yes, I've had 2 failed attempts already.
My ingredients are running low and I'll probably be restocking them soon so yes, eto na nga ung obsession ko now.

Nung start ng pandemic, I was obsessed with baking, especially bread. Ewan, naligaw yata ako ng landas when I moved to another place so I haven't baked in a while.
Then last year I started lifting weights and it became my latest obsession. And just recently, I started baking again. Of course ako lng kakain lahat ng nabake ko 😆 So ayun parang naka-cancel lng ng mga baked goods yung pag ggym ko 😆

Ang obsession ko right now is homeschooling. To the point na I'm simultaneously reading 3 books about the Charlotte Mason method which is my chosen homescholing method, and 1 other parenting book. Habang binabasa ko rin yung mga books ng anak ko for our homeachooling.
Before naman, I got obsessed with crocheting. Walang ibang laman ang newsfeed ko kundi patterns, new techniques, at syempre mga budol ng yarns and tools.
Marami rami na akong naging obsession sa edad kong to. But that's just how it should be. I read somewhere na if you are passionate about something, you need to actually obsessed with it to the point na you will study about every aspect of it until you get to the point na when somebody asks you about it, you can amswer with all the details you can think of about what you're passionate about.

haha dati rin obsessed ako sa crochet, tapos sa handpainted t-shirt ginawa kong business. After ko nanganak sa first born, bigla akong naging musician nag self-study ako playing the keyboard/piano. Need ko balikan kasi nakalimutan ko na how to play some chords. LOL
Current obsession, di ko alam ano. Ah alam ko na. Punta ako sa Facebook reels para mag save lang ng mga home workout pero di ko naman talaga masunod lahat. hahaha!
Uy marami rin akong nakasave na home workout na reels. Nagagawa ko ng mga 1 week tapos wala na ulit. Save save na lang ulit. Ahahahaha
