An Adventure to My Passion: Prelude Mindanao Qualifier

Hello hivers, its me again willing to share another experienced about my dance journey. But before anything else I just want to honor my gratitude - God for giving me such wonderful talent that lead my life meaningful. I've been dancing since I was in elementary and high school but when we transfer another address which I was senior high school student that time. As time passes by, I joined a group or dance community in our place then that was the time I was able to enhance my creativity, skills, and dance movement due to our daily night trainings and body conditioning.

Moving forward, on June 24, 2024 there was an event to be held in Cagayan De Oro City. Our group decided to join the competition cause before we never compete big events. So we have practices every night even though I was on OJT or Internship that time still I pursue myself to manage my time properly and balance the education and passion just to experience big events of dance competitions.

In our travel to CDO first we stopped in the Mukas, Lanao Del Norte the reason is one of our groupmates his mother was lived in the Mukas and he get the fish as a stack for us to survive in our needs during the competition. While waiting we taking pictures for remembrance of the group. After that, we go straight to CDO and arrive almost night. Luckily, my groupmates had a contacted person so we stayed of their for 2 days.

Arriving in the venue for the competition it was so awesome cause there were many group competitors joined in the event. Especially, the group was from different city across the Mindanao. I felt a little nervous as a normal dancer taking step for a big stage. So, the competition start I think around 3pm and ended in almost 12am. It was a very long event that even myself felt sleepiness. But despite of it, it was a really enjoy competition, one of the big stage that I joined last year.

This was the photos that I've taken during the event. Also I have photos for the two person we inspired and believe in their crafts. This two person is from Comradz resided in Davao City and they were the champion of the Adult Division in the competition.

Before we went home after the event, we went to the SM City to view the beauty of it. We enjoyed our last day staying in CDO, we take rides, we go to arcade to relieve our stress.

The main idea of this journey is that if what you're doing and what you're sacrificing will bring you joy, just keep going because the experience we encounter will make us more confident in what we do build our self in the future events.
