I won't talk about religions and beliefs. Instead, I will story tell what happened to me this weekend. The night was full of harmony, not just beating the drum but woken up the spiritual feelings, not just pressing the notes but expressing the thought to the word of God, not just an ordinary concert for the cost of something, it's not about the ticket but the fund they raise. This happened to me this weekend, an accurate definition of "Thank God It's Friday."

They program a concert to raise funds for improving and upgrading musical instruments. I am open to buying a ticket to help them fund the project. A cost to have good fortune. I brought five tickets and one ticket worth 100 pesos or $2 less, and I pledged the other four, so they could give them to people who wanted to attend the same program but had no funds to buy their tickets, which was also a win-win for what was then a concert if only few will be attained?

Thank God It's a Concert

The live band performance was made possible inside the local church hall. I attended at the time given in the invitation, 5:00 PM, and lucky enough, the first row of the chairs wasn't yet occupied like I was in the V.I.P row if this will be a band for known and idol group bands—the best and most comfortable sit.

The first segment highlights the band, the song most of their originals first segment, some English worship songs, Tagalog make-up music, and local dialect 'iloco' thanksgiving parodies. That was the start of not noticing the audience had been packed the entire sitting arrangements, and some were waiting outside the local church.

The organ maestro is the Pastor itself,

A talented and versatile drummer, guitarist, and second voice.

The lead vocalist opens up an original song in his composition. Two originals are also for worship and thanksgiving.

These are the winners of the quiz. Not only a concert but also interactions occurred.

Other churches have also been invited to the stage to perform, and each chapter has an entry and vocals to share, not just the featured band but also those visitors who were part of the program.

The night was the real cause, and musically, also youth and children enjoyed as they performed on the stage their killing move.

The night of the concert was successful, it's not about having fun, and a disco concert also becomes an instrument for another night of praising. The best side of this is that; visitors are also from other sectors of religions, part of the places having different cultures, and in one night we come to help the small community, to watch them perform and motivate them.

One a great thing to start my weekends, right? As I said, this blog is not about the religion and beliefs that we have but about helping others. They were not asking for money, and they wanted to gain it by their efforts to sing and praise until the next gig; surely I will buy and attend again. Happy weekends everyone.
