Metromotorbikes Family Christmas Outing 2024: Creating Moments of Happiness to Cherish

Metromotorbikes Bogo Branch is one of the motor companies managed by my husband since 2007. Every year all branches in Cebu provinces hold a Christmas Party. Last year the celebration was held in Compostela, Cebu. For this year the area manager decided to celebrate at the Tabunok Branch in Carcar. It's quite far from the north and the party will be held only in the branch, so my husband decided not to join for safety. So, they decided to go out with their families to the beach. Lapyahan Beach Resort, San Remigio, Cebu was their chosen venue since it's affordable and accessible. For their food. They agreed that they would utilize the budget coming from their company and each family would contribute one menu. My husband pledged lumpia and hanging rice while some brought humba, shrimp, bam-e fruits, and drinks. They also prepared grilled pork and fish at the venue. We also bought scallops and boiled young corn. We rented a cottage and it cost 350 pesos and 2 tables which cost 150 each with 5 chairs. At first, I didn't want to have our outing at Lapyahan since the beach had bad memories for me but I realized that I needed to move on and forget the past and acknowledge the present. For the company's bonding, I must support my husband.

When the food was ready, we ate lunch together and had some wine and drinks. After eating, we had our video challenge while some enjoyed bathing in the sea, especially the kids. They even rode a banana boat and kayak to explore Lapyahan Beach. The kids enjoyed banana boat riding and kayaking a lot. We were very thankful for the opportunities. Our kids had their moments of happiness to cherish, especially on Christmas vacation.
