Repotting, Replanting and Reflection of Life

in Hive PH11 months ago

How are you doing today my friends, I hope everything went well.

It was late in the afternoon when I decided to visit my plants at the back of our church. Last Sunday my friend asked for plants to be used in their office. I gave her 2 pots and in return, she gave me two hundred pesos. I accepted the money and told her that I would use this to buy new pots to replant newly grown plants.

I don't have flowering plants except for the hanging ones. Flowering plants will not grow in our place due to less sunlight because it is covered by trees. I tried also to plant fast crops but they died. Only these kinds of leafy plants will live in this kind of place.

I also bought at the market one sack of soil mixed with fertilizer. So I prepared everything I needed before I started the repotting and replanting of newly grown plants. And of course, together with me are my fur babies playing around.

I started by filling all the pots with soil, then I got the big pots with newly grown and transferred them to the new plants one by one. I did this until all the pots were replanted. I discovered also that some of my pots were already broken and some of the leaves were eaten by worms. So I cut all the leaves that were eaten and traced where the worm was. I transfer the soil inside the broken pots to the sack and keep it for next time.

cleaning time

Charles came and helped me clean and prune some of the big plants. We got all the dried leaves and cultivated the soil of each pot. We tried to rearrange the plants but it was getting dark, so we left them as it is and cleaned everything.
If only plants could say they would tell me, "At last we can breathe for we are overgrown already".lOL

Reflection
In life, we sometimes need new places to grow and new peers to be with. We should be aware if there were people like worms trying to destroy us. Look for people who will help you grow not only outwardly but also inside. People who never judge you for your mistakes but encourage you to get up and make it right.

bloom where you are planted

Like a plant when it is old it will bring forth newly grown plants to be transferred to another pot and then it will grow more beautiful than before. It means in life we make bad decisions that make us feel disappointed but in all those things that happen there is always a chance to grow and learn from it.

Pruning and cleaning make you stronger and more beautiful.

Lastly, remove all the broken pots and change them into new ones, it means if you were broken before, get up and move forward. Try to focus on what is ahead, forget the past, and learn from it. In the end, it will make you a better one. Always remember you have a Creator who knows all about you.

Thank you for taking the time to read, have a blessed day ahead!
