This photo was taken before we set out on a long drive after our summer outing year 2006. I always ride shotgun with my papa wherever we go. May it be a short ride to church or a long ride to visit family who lives on the province, I always call shotgun! The two of us love talking to each other and we use these rides to talk about everything and anything under the sun. There are times when he'd point to skyways, super highways, malls, old houses, etc., and tell me stories (some real and some might be just hearsays) about it. One of his most favorite roadworks is that of the Magallanes area. He loves how the roads seem to have four tiers 😝 Seeing how much of a skilled driver my papa is made me want to learn how to drive since I was a little girl. A year ago, I was finally able get my driver's license after sooo many attempts. A homage for father's day and my father's 10th year death anniversary.
