Looks like a nice pizza and good beer for pairing with it. My son worked at a place with an outdoor, wood pizza oven. He has strong opinions about pizza lol and you are right, it is really hard to do right in a traditional oven.

Yes, it's really different... but you have to be a pizza lover to buy an oven like that. A bit expensive.
