It is pretty straightforward, it's fun to do and can be done in about a day. Absolutely worth giving it a go!

Something like adding between 25 to 50 milli liter of Old Pulteney Stroma is something I want to try sometime.

It goes in with the mixture before freezing. Not afterwards as I know some do. That means any kind of alcohol drink added will also make it a little bit more heavy metal. 😁

I like things that can be done in a day!

Absolutely, that is why I used the Gerardus Spring Bock. It already tastes great on its own, while still being fairly priced. So, no problem losing half of the content. :-)
