This Lobo Lito (yes, its name sounds half joking) is the light product of this Texan brewery based in Fredericksburg, which is gradually gaining ground in the southern United States and northern Mexico with tasty beers such as Lobo Negro and Pedernales Texas Lager. Lobo Lito is a Pilsner beer of low alcohol content (4% ABV) with a light body but good balance of flavors, which makes it an ideal beer to accompany spicy or spicy food. It is worth mentioning that this Lobo Lito is a beer that contains no adjuncts in its blend, as it adheres to the Reinheitsgebot purity law, which is to be admired these days where most light beers are full of grains, syrups and other adjuncts to try to emulate certain flavors. This Texana beer is made using Saaz hops, which gives it a certain bitterness that you feel as the drink passes through, something you rarely find in a light style beer.
