South Africa has IPAs! Funny they felt the need to mention they were fermented. Haven't met one that hasn't been. ;)
Haha, we live in interesting times, maybe somewhere someone has tried to make a beer that was not fermented! Jokes aside, we do indeed, but sometimes some of those IPAs are not that good... but luckily I found some good ones.
