Cats in Turkey like to rest on mopeds and on the roofs of cars.
I recently came to Izmir, where I observed a lot of cats living on top of cars. I took pictures of some of these queens of Izmir who looked at me lazily and tall when I was doing a photo shoot for them. They had no idea that they would end up on an international site :)
Later we moved to Cesme, and we settled in an apartment with a cozy yard. And here I saw the first furry guests :)
This cute multi-colored kitty is always at my door. I treat her with milk.
And later comes a gray, very hairy cat.
Sometimes I see him on the roof of a car.
This is my favorite. The first one is more impudent and always takes the milk first. Then I have to pick her up so that gray cat can get drunk :)
It was very fun to meet this assertive beauty the next day in the wash basin near my house😀
There are also funny fluffy rugs that lie on the tiles near the fish restaurant. They look full :)
And to end my cat post, a little morning idyll while I drink coffee :)
But later I have to chase this beauty from my table!
I thank everyone for your support ❤️This post is written about where I am now. But I'll be back to telling my travel story, sequentially describing all the places I changed in my #TheLongestTrip
Оце так котячий збір!))) Добре, що вони мовчать, бо "концерт" їхній дістав би всіх!)))
Так, слава Богу, вони тут спокійні :)
We visited Istanbul recently and saw quite a few of them around, many were very friendly !
Cats in Turkey are really friendly. They are well taken care of here.
The cars look lovely and there are some other cats here that love to sit at the top of a car. I wonder why they do that. Maybe they find comfort doing that...
I think - they like to lie on a warm clean surface and watch everything that happens around them 🤣
Cats have become an important street animals for us since the pandemic. However, when they are on a car, they scratch the top of cars, which cause decrease in the value of cars :)
Why did cats become important to you after the pandemic?
Because people felt bored during the lockdowns and also lonely people adopted them to share their loneliness.
@olga.maslievich all the cats look cute. it's funny to see them on the roof of the cars. they look cared for. how will they do it?
They look very royal on top of cars :)
🤗
It's a cat-full blog. It's interesting to see that in turkey they rest on cars top.
Yea, it's really so cute 🥰
Yes that is cutest
If I hadn't been at Morocco, Turkey would be the country where I've seen the most stray cats (mainly in Constantinople). Millions of millions 🙂
Oh, have you been to Morocco?
Are there the most stray cats there?
Yes, I think they have even more than Turkey, especially speaking of kittens. Million of new born cats all around. Crazy.Yes, I have done 4000km in two weeks around Morocco - here's that trip: https://www.orestistrips.com/my-trips/2015-morocco
Thank you so much 😊
