It is always the same story.
Approach...
Sniff..
Stand tall and proud after.
Hooman wont mind.
This Violet has a bit of a tragic life though. Not only Suzi loves to nibble on the flowers as soon as they open, later she started to try on the leaves too.
I left it higher on a shelf where the furry monster doesn't go to often, but of course she found it. One day I found the plant on the floor with ground and broken leaves around. It lost most of them and even though the growing tip wasn't damaged, it never recovered. Some weeks ago I picked a few healthiest leaves and planted them. They look ok so far, so I guess they will root and start a new plant for me.
Bad kitty!
Happy Caturday! :)

"This woman does not understand that without a cat her photos will not be so beautiful" - the cat thinks :-)))
Now the photos are great! :-))
It is a common cat's knowledge. Humans keep forgetting about it.
:))
Well, cats and plants... it's just a fact of life @ewkaw! It's probably a good thing you put your African Violet on a higher shelf because they are not very good for cats.
The Dad-Hooman got a "Ponytail Palm" as a present, and I did a very fine job of giving it a good "shave." He had to put it in a different room, behind a closed door.
Happy Caturday!
=^..^=
She keeps eating the flowers!
Don't worry. The palm will grow back behind the door and you can shave it again :)
