Yesterday I went with my mom to Rattan, a very old and famous supermarket in Margarita Island. I hadn't been there for a while and my mom was one year old. They have changed a lot of things and they have quite a variety in products, most of them if you take 3 of the same products, you pay less. So buying things like rice, beans, flour, bread, toilet paper, etc. things that do not get damaged or not so fast, it is worth taking advantage of these promotions. But, the deli stuff I prefer to buy it somewhere else. My mom was amazed by so many things that in Caracas you don't see at the same price, because the island is really cheaper than Caracas, although some people think the opposite. We will still have a lot to go out and enjoy but yesterday was a shopping day for the house since we are 4 people and I am used to buy for myself hehe.

Paseando con mi mamá en Rattan con vista navideña

Ayer fui con mi mamá a Rattan, un supermercado que es muy antiguo y famoso en la isla de Margarita. Yo tenía tiempo sin ir y mi mamá tenía un año. Han cambiado muchas cosas y tienen bastante variedad en productos, la mayoría si te llevas 3 productos iguales, pagas menos. Por lo que comprar cosas como arroz, caraotas, harina pan, papel higiénico, etc. cosas que no se dañen o no tan rápido, vale la pena aprovechar esas promociones. Pero, lo que es charcutería prefiero comprarlo en otro sitio. Mi mamá estaba como anonadada de tantas cosas que en Caracas no se ven al mismo precio, porque realmente la isla es más económica que Caracas aunque algunos piensan lo contrario. Ya nos quedará bastante por salir y disfrutar pero ayer fue día de compras para la casa ya que somos 4 personas y yo estoy acostumbrada a comprar para mí sola jeje.
