Today I decided to treat myself to a completely different day that I had been looking forward to for a long time, an experience in a sauna created by a very good yoga Master in Margarita Island called Alaya Shala. Their rooms are completely different and unique, giving you a unique and unforgettable experience both in their yoga classes and in their temazcal sauna. In this opportunity I lived the experience in the sauna, we were only two people, so I felt that it was totally private and dictated for the two of us, the sunbather who went had concentration problems and therefore attended the class and me, I just wanted to live the experience and give me a moment alone, unique and unforgettable. Alaya put us to do several yoga stretches, then we entered into a state of deep meditation and in those times she put very rich essences to the stones. Then when we left she gave us a delicious tea and showed me the tour of her beautiful house. I think I'm going to sign up for her yoga classes because I really connected with the place and her good vibes.

Día de meditación en sauna temazcal dictado por Alaya Shala

Hoy decidí regalarme un día completamente diferente que tenía tiempo persiguiendo, una experiencia en un sauna que creó una Máster en yoga muy buena en la isla de Margarita llamada Alaya Shala. Sus salas son completamente diferentes y únicas, brindándote una experiencia única e inolvidable tanto en sus clases de yoga como en su sauna temazcal. En esta oportunidad viví la experiencia en el sauna, solo éramos dos personas, así que sentí que fue totalmente privado y dictado para nosotras dos, la solera que fue tenía problemas de concentración y por eso asistió a la clase y yo, yo solo quería vivir la experiencia y regalarme un momento a solas, único e inolvidable. Alaya nos puso a hacer varios estiramientos de yoga, luego entramos en un estado de meditación profundo y en esos tiempos colocaba esencias muy ricas a las piedras. Luego al salir nos dio un té muy rico y me mostró el recorrido por su hermosa casa. Creo que me voy a anotar a sus clases de yoga porque conecte mucho con el lugar y con su buena vibra.
