Hello healthy community friends.In my village once a week we do exercise activities Often called cardio.can be for all ages, especially the elderly.This sport aims for heart health.

The elderly mothers were so enthusiastic about participating in this exercise To maintain health, because the elderly are no longer young. So they are always happy and enthusiastic.

This heart gymnastics uses the services of a gymnastics instructor,So that the movements are more regular and compact. Because he is elderly So we didn't really understand the movements, so we used the services of a gymnastics guide.

Cardiovascular exercise can be done at home by yourself.But we Here prefer to do it together.You will feel more enthusiastic and happy.The heart is a tool that pumps blood throughout the body, so we have to take care of our bodies by exercising.Like regular heart exercise once a week, because not every day the residents of this village have it. Free time for exercise. So we have to take time for our own health.

This disease can cause sudden death and is difficult to treat.The mothers here are encouraged to do exercise to avoid this disease.

Our gymnastics is done in a multi-purpose hall which is the place Right at the foot of the mountain with beautiful views.With cool weather plus a gentle breeze.exercise doesn't feel tiring and isn't exhausting.We did exercise in the morning, so the weather wasn't hot yet.
