Countryside Living Benefits

in Lifestyle2 years ago (edited)

Hello, Hiveans!
Good time of the day to you!

If you were to ask me directly where it is better to live, in the countryside or in the city? I would answer that it all depends on the values and meanings of the individual.

My system of values and the meanings that I put into my daily actions point to the obvious - living in the countryside, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle and bustle of cities - is the best thing that ever happened to me!

So why the countryside?

Fresh air and contemplation of living nature, being inside it directly - saturates not only the physical body with oxygen and vitamins, but also nourishes our subtle bodies: pleases the eye, cheers the soul, caresses the ear!
It is so natural for every creature, and so frightening for the modern urbanized person.

Life on earth is impossible without following natural cycles, obeying the laws and requirements of the seasons, and respecting all natural laws. And we listen to the wisdom of the earth, rotating our Wheel of the Year together with it.
This wonderfully organizes, calms, and grounds us.

A low level of stress, simply because of the significantly lower number of stress factors: the level of street noise, free space (not only at home), the necessary amount of contact with people during the day, and the total number of surrounding people (however you look at it, they are all separate individuals, and the more there are, the more you can expect).

Clean air, healthy food (conditioned primarily by the amount of land that allows growing food and the absence of nearby stores), and a low level of stress - all of this inevitably leads to a healthy lifestyle, which, in turn, leads, maybe not to eternal life, but certainly to conscious old age) and a full life to enjoy.

Closer contact with animals. Some children, growing up in apartments, never encounter a cow or a chicken until they are adults. They only see them in pictures. We have a real contact zoo here! This has a beneficial effect on the psyche not only of children but also of adults.

Cheaper living. Plus, there is an opportunity to earn extra money by providing the gifts of nature to city dwellers or by offering one's services to fellow villagers.

Lower crime rate. There is usually less crime in the countryside, simply because there are fewer people here, and therefore, fewer bad people. Plus, everyone knows each other and can immediately distinguish guests.

All of the aforementioned benefits ultimately lead to a higher quality of life in the countryside, making it appealing to those seeking peace and wholeness.

Perhaps, it is only the value system of a specific individual and not a general trend, but truly, I am happy that my values lead me towards health and encourage me to love and strive for what is beneficial.

I sincerely wish the same for you!

Wow, so amazing those pictures. I also agree that living in the country is more quite with fresh air.

And more benefits together with fresh air! It is not the whole list them I wrote about. Just didn't want to make long read. May be in the future articles)
