Greetings, dear Hivers! Today I want to share a reflection on a topic that no one escapes. It is about how to deal with the various moods we are exposed to in today's society. While it is true that at some point we have all gone through situations that have made us feel disheartened, distressed, without confidence in ourselves, I believe it’s imperative to open our minds and not pigeonhole ourselves, so we should leave behind negative thoughts and try to find solutions to those difficulties that overwhelm us.
It happens that along the way we go through challenges and breaking points, either economically, family, work or in our personal relationships, and it is true that these situations cause us great anxiety and consternation, and we want nothing more than to return to that point where we felt we were on a favorable course and in our comfort zone.
Throughout our existence on this earthly plane we will all go through mood slumps, which are inevitably accompanied by blocks of inspiration, and this affects us greatly. All this possibly happens because we are going through a stage in which routine traps us and motivation abandons us. When this happens we should try to diversify and reinvent ourselves a little, discovering facets that perhaps we didn’t know we could have.
High levels of anxiety and demotivation are two plagues from which almost no one escapes, since we live in a truly hectic world, especially for those of us who live in Venezuela. What can affect us the most is uncertainty, that feeling of uneasiness and sometimes fear. The human being by nature is inquisitive and always wants to know what is to come, and this can cause us a lot of stress.
It is always useful to seek help from our family, friends and God. In cases where anxiety takes control we can try techniques such as meditation and prayer, which in my particular case have been of great help. It is necessary to try to achieve a state of serenity, accompanied by deep breathing and positive thoughts.
Thank you for joining me here. In advance I wish you a happy day, full of peace, harmony and blessings.
Thanks so much for the support! I really appreciate it.
