Cocou. Hello there, my rainbows! Here we are, stepping into a new year with 366 days of new surprises and endless chances. Can you feel the hype that this year brings? How did you guys celebrate the New Year? Did you guys also take the right actions on January 1 to make your whole year the best? Well, whether you guys did it or not, I assure you that everyone will have fun this year.

I’m not a shaman; I don’t know how to read tarot, yet I know everything will be in place at the perfect time. Whatever situation or catastrophe this year will offer, let’s be resilient and have faith in the above.

That was a hopeful introduction, wasn't it? Heh. For today’s blog, I’m going to offer some guides or heads-up for this year. My opinions and thoughts are merely my own. All of my introspection for this one is connected to myself, who’s a teenager. I’m one optimistic human. How about you guys? Does everybody have their plans already mapped out?

I’m going to point out three significant bullets for my blog today. These are some tools and ways to organise and collect logical information throughout the year.

1. Get a journal.

Purpose:
A journal can be of any colour or thickness, online or physical, but make it personal. Having personal journals can keep you aware and keep track of the details of your day-to-day life. It can also provide a heads-up and let’s you vent out everything. If you’re seeking an alternative way to keep your mental health stable, keep a journal.

What to put inside your journal

✅Make a Plan and Map Out: This is a template that keeps you on track. Like this one, I titled it “2024 Plan and Map Out.”

You can try and guess my plans.😉

📌Reminders when doing this kind of template:

  1. Your listed number one must be your top priority. Arrange your plan based on their significance.
  2. Every goal or plan should have a "why." “Why does it have to be this goal? ""Why would I plan this one? "That will keep you driven. Every time you procrastinate or doubt, you just need to get back to why you started that plan or goal.
  3. Set a deadline. Every goal must have a date of accomplishment. Make sure the target date is realistic. Don’t be superficial and boast; since progress is not a linear process, it will take time.

✅Write your motivations and thoughts. This is a part of your journal where you can have fuel during stumbling times. Everyday isn’t a happy day; just accept it and get a grip. This section will help you keep going!

2. Save Money

Purpose
Get a jar and drop some coins inside it. Be thrifty sometimes. Saving money can be pretty useful, although sometimes it’s unbearable. I’m telling you, saving money can be very reliable when you think about it. Your saved money can be used during emergency situations, as well as for your listed wants and unexpected needs.

📌Reminders when saving money:

  1. Set an amount. Decide how much money you will put inside your piggy bank every day or every week. In this way, you can even calculate your expected amount of savings.
  2. Keep track of your savings. It may be cliche, but sometimes you have to act like an accountant and take control of your money.

3. Create a healthy routine.

The template's from the canva app. The routine was made by me.

Purpose
Routine? Why not? Creating a routine for yourself is both a challenge and a pleasure. The challenge there is following everything. I mean, by doing that, you need a great deal of discipline. For pleasure, having a routine can be rewarding! In both ways, creating a routine is beneficial and healthy. Who says no to learning discipline and then feel so rewarded afterwards?

📌Reminders for Creating a Routine:

  1. Make it daily. Everyday may be a new day; however, keeping it organised isn’t a bad thing. Making it daily makes you consistent.
  2. List down your daily goals. By doing this, you can strive and look forward to so much adventure the whole day. This is fuel for your fire! These are the ones that make your day special.

What do you think about it, guys? I’ve shared the three points I want to convey. As a teenager, I keep things organised and prepared.

PERSONAL TIPS

Journals? I have both an online and physical journal. They’re both useful for me. You can also try using online journals, since it’s essential nowadays. Sometimes checking your schedule on your phone can be easy when you’re away from home. You can easily edit and highlight your own important ideas. Some apps do support organising your day, may it be on Android or iOS. Give it a try!

Saving money? I prefer piggy banks or any DIY jars compared to a bank. I’m just a teenager, and I wish to keep track of my savings. It’s actually more efficient when using a piggy bank. I can easily use my savings in times of need.😅

Routine? I list them down every night before I go to bed, or even write them during my free time. It can also be made from an online organiser app, or you can just write it anyway. Lazy moments do come around.

Now here’s a tip for everyone: Do the 123 method. Count 1, 2, and 3 inside your head, and automatically your body will respond.

Now there’s no hole. I guess I’ve shared everything, and I hope that my guide will help some of you guys get inclined and be ready for this year. These are just some of the takeaways I’ve started since I was thirteen. It’s actually really effective; somehow it made me a better person, both inside and out.

This is my first blog for 2024, and I wish you guys the best. I'm sparkling this community with ever shiny glimmering clover of hope.

Thank you for reading my blog! I hope everyone will have a good year ahead. Don't waver; keep going; keep looking for a rainbow ending. I love you guys! from rainebow0407:)

All those are good tips! I usually start my year with a journal too but it's all scribbles and usually I get into routine until I am traveling then it's another story. Also, piggy bank is a good thing but since you're also on hive, HBD savings can work too and you can get monthly interest from it as well :)

Journals are really reliable, isn't? Also, HBD savings surely is the safest piggy bank. Thank you for dropping by @macchiata.💕

Indeed! and yes, HBD can be a safest piggy bank and you'd get bonus too :D have a great day!

I have a notebook and convert it to a creative journal using pens and other art materials. I also made a Habit Tracker for exercise, cleaning, organizing, and self-care. :D I just made a blog about it.

Your journal is extraordinary! You did get creative using markers and pens, I may need to start using coloring materials too. Thank you for reading my blog @itravelrox.💕

Thank you so much. I'm following several bujo instagrammers to get some ideas for creative journaling. :D you're welcome
