[Eng-Esp] Una Día lleno de Emociones//A Day Full of wonderful Feelings

Hola a todos mis amigos de esta comunidad @lifestyle. Espero que estén teniendo un maravilloso día y que en esta nueva semana tengan muy buenas noticias. Hoy vengo a compartirles la hermosa alegría que viví recién.

Hace poco me gradué y acabé ubicada en el pedagógico de mi ciudad. Por cuestiones de leyes, debí presentarme y hacer un ejercicio para cambio de categoría a profesor instructor y pues todo este proceso significó una temporada sacrificada recientemente. A esto mismo se debe el no publicar hace días, mi atención estuvo puramente en prepararme para el gran día. Hoy, sin que me quede nada por dentro, debo decir que cada segundo de preparación y trabajo valió la pena. Terminé con 5 ptos el ejercicio de cambio de categoría y luego mi hermano del alma Yunior me regaló uno de los libros que hace rato deseaba tener: El Diario de Ana Frank. Les cuento que hace rato soñaba con tenerlo pero en Cuba muchas veces estos libros se hacen difíciles de conseguir. Recuerdo perfectamente cuando fui a la feria en La Habana y para mí mala fortuna el día que fui no habían sacado aún los libros que quería comprar, dentro de ellos este. Así que tuve que satisfacer mi deseo con un mini-diario de Ana Frank. Ese día al menos no me fui con las manos vacías y al llegar a Pinar y comentarle a mi amigo todo, me prometió que por cielo y por mar lo buscaría para mí. Pasaron los meses, y justamente el día de cambio de categoría se apareció con semenjante sorpresa. Al tener el libro junto a mí, mi alegría fue inmensa y después de eso nada podría salir mal. Fui la primera en exponer mi clase y todo fue maravillosamente bien. Al concluir me dieron muchos criterios positivos y me asignaron la máxima puntuación.

Fue un día maravilloso, no solo por mi cambio, sino por el detallazo de mi hermano del alma. Al despedirnos me dijo la frase que siempre me repite desde hace años (tomada de Game of Thrones) : "Un Lannister siempre cumple sus promesas".

I recently graduated and ended up at the teacher training college in my city. Due to legal requirements, I had to apply and complete an exercise to change my category to instructor, and this whole process meant a period of sacrifice recently. This is why I haven't posted in days; my attention was purely on preparing for the big day. Today, with nothing left unsaid, I must say that every second of preparation and work was worth it. I finished the category change exercise with 5 points, and then my soul brother Yunior gave me one of the books I had wanted for a long time: The Diary of Anne Frank. I've been dreaming of having it for a long time, but in Cuba these books are often difficult to find. I remember perfectly when I went to the fair in Havana and, unfortunately for me, the day I went they hadn't yet brought out the books I wanted to buy, including this one. So I had to satisfy my desire with a mini-diary of Anne Frank. At least I didn't leave empty-handed that day, and when I got back to Pinar and told my friend everything, he promised me he would search high and low for it for me. Months went by, and on the day I changed categories, he showed up with this amazing surprise. Having the book with me made me immensely happy, and after that nothing could go wrong. I was the first to present my class, and everything went wonderfully well. When I finished, I received a lot of positive feedback and was given the highest score.

It was a wonderful day, not only because of my change, but also because of the thoughtful gesture from my soul brother. As we said goodbye, he said the phrase he has always repeated to me for years (taken from Game of Thrones): “A Lannister always keeps his promises.”
