Día de clases y noche de hamburguesas con mis compañeros de residencia✍🏻🤓🍔- Class day and hamburger night with my dorm mates✍🏻🤓🍔

En esta oportunidad en un capítulo más de mi día a día les comentare lo que hice el día de ayer que para mí fue unas actividades bastantes provechosas, a lo mejor pueden sonar algo sencillas pero por a como se dieron las cosas para mi tienen una significancia. Y es que el día de ayer tuve mi segunda clase de la electiva que inscribí en este semestre que es Gestión de Talento Humano, una materia que está muy ligada al área de la psicología organizacional y también Neuropsicología que está más enfocada en el ámbito Clínico, en verdad fue un día provechoso en esas dos clases y quiero compartírselos, además de que en la noche fue un momento de compartir en mi residencia, ya que varios de los residentes nos pusimos de acuerdos para socializar y hacer hamburguesas, fue un momento bastante divertido de compartir cosa que no solemos hacer casi.

In this opportunity in another chapter of my day to day I will tell you what I did yesterday that for me was quite profitable activities, maybe they may sound a little simple but the way things happened for me have a significance. Yesterday I had my second class of the elective that I enrolled in this semester which is Human Talent Management, a subject that is closely linked to the area of organizational psychology and also Neuropsychology which is more focused on the Clinical field, It was really a profitable day in those two classes and I want to share them with you, besides that in the evening it was a moment of sharing in my residency, since several of the residents agreed to socialize and make hamburgers, it was quite a fun moment to share something that we do not usually do.

Mi día comenzó como todos, yo levantándome con mucho sueño a las 5:30am porque tenía clases a las 8:00am, y necesito realizar algunas cosas antes de salir como preparar mi desayuno y almuerzo, además de mi ratito de tomar café jajaja, pero sabía que podría ser interesante porque tenía mi primera clase de gestión de talento humano, además de ser una materia con mucho contenido interesante para mi formación, más que todo es la forma de la profesora de la clase, es de esos profesores que le gustan las cosas bien, pero es entretenida, no aburre en las clases y te motiva a participar y además le gusta que la mayoría participe. Teníamos una tarea que era leer el capítulo 2 de un libro pero a decir verdad que entre las pasantías, las ocupaciones personales y el tiempo no pude hacerlo, así que fui con mi mayor disposición de anotar todo lo que ella dijera del capítulo y valió la pena, sentí que no necesite leer el capítulo para entender lo que decía, además que la profesora usa ejemplos reales en el área laboral, pese al sueño y lo temprano que era, la profesora duro de las 8:30am hasta las 11am exactamente dando la clase sin sentir que habían pasado 4h. De verdad que para la próxima clase tratare de ir más preparado para animarme más a participar pero las clases de gestión para mí son clase a aparte a partir de ahora.

My day started like everyone else, me getting up very sleepy at 5:30am because I had classes at 8: 00am, and I need to do some things before leaving like preparing my breakfast and lunch, plus my little while of drinking coffee hahaha, but I knew it could be interesting because I had my first class of human talent management, besides being a subject with a lot of interesting content for my training, more than everything is the way of the teacher of the class, she is one of those teachers who likes things well, but is entertaining, she does not bore in class and motivates you to participate and also likes the majority to participate. We had an assignment which was to read chapter 2 of a book but to tell the truth that between internships, personal occupations and time I could not do it, so I went with my best disposition to write down everything she said in the chapter and it was worth it, I felt that I did not need to read the chapter to understand what she said, plus the teacher uses real examples in the workplace, despite the sleep and how early it was, the teacher lasted from 8:30am until 11am exactly giving the class without feeling that 4 hours had passed. Really, for the next class I will try to go more prepared to encourage me to participate more, but management classes for me are a class apart from now on.

En la segunda hora entramos a la materia de Neuropsicología, y aunque el área de la clínica es una de mis enfoques favoritos que espero ejercer en un futuro cercano, debo admitir que la clase estuvo algo diferente en comparación con la anterior, claro sin tomar en cuenta el factor que ya a las 11:30am el hambre se hace notar y que es una hora que normalmente la gente toma un descanso. Pero si es verdad que los estilos de los profesores son totalmente diferentes, ojo sin pretender juzgar la metodología de cada quien porque que un profesor vaya y viaje a darte clases con la crisis que atraviesa Venezuela con los salarios, es algo que debe valorarse, aparte de que los contenidos de Neurociencias siempre son densas y pesados sumando la hora que era, así que no creo que todos tengamos la capacidad de volverla entretenida, hasta yo tendría mis dudas de que si yo pudiera. Pero bueno la verdad que mi motivación del contenido de día de ayer me gusto, ese si fue una tarea de lectura que hice completa y participe, así que pese a todo lo que comente, me disfrute la clase, también creo que es cuestión de dar chance a que nos adaptemos a la materia y al docente.

In the second hour we entered the subject of Neuropsychology, and although the clinical area is one of my favorite focuses that I hope to practice in the near future, I must admit that the class was somewhat different compared to the previous one, of course without taking into account the factor that at 11:30am the hunger is already noticeable and that it is an hour that people normally take a break. But it is true that the styles of the professors are totally different, without trying to judge the methodology of each one because a professor goes and travels to give you classes with the crisis that Venezuela is going through with the salaries, is something that should be valued, besides that the contents of Neurosciences are always dense and heavy adding the time it was, so I do not think we all have the ability to make it entertaining, even I would have my doubts that if I could. But the truth is that I liked my motivation of yesterday's content, it was a reading task that I did complete and participated, so despite everything I said, I enjoyed the class, I also think it's a matter of giving us a chance to adapt to the subject and the teacher.

Pero bueno, ya al llegar a mi casa decidí dormir hasta la tarde casi noche porque en serio estaba demasiado casando de una semana que apenas comienzan mis pasantías, y también para poder estar activo en el compartir programado que había en mi residencia, semanas antes habíamos quedado en hacer una sopada el domingo, pero por diversas cosas se cambió a una hamburguesada, el día jueves nos repartimos las cosas, aprovechando las ofertas de precios, pero compramos todo por separado ya que salía mejor, como la salsa, los panes, la carne, los vegetales y los refrescos. Al caer la noche nos pusimos manos a la obra, desde ya empezamos a compartir con un poco de sangría (en mi caso) y otros con botellas de ron, luego para degustar las sabrosas hamburguesas que armamos, de verdad muy buenas y bien hechas, mejor que comerlas en la calle para mi gusto jajaja, estaban muy sabrosas con bastante carne y de todo, siendo honestos me comí como 3. Luego aparte de echar cuentos entre nosotros, toco el momento del Karaoke, de verdad siempre en esa parte todo se pone divertido, ver la creatividad y los comentarios de los demás, ver como cada quien canta lo que le gusta y sobre todo pasarla bien en confianza. Lo cual considero que es importante, llevo 1 año y 2 meses en mi residencia y hasta ahora no habíamos tenido la oportunidad de compartir en grupo, así que para mí fue algo distinto y me siento más a gusto de estar aquí.

But well, when I got home I decided to sleep until the afternoon almost at night because seriously I was too married for a week that just start my internship, and also to be active in the scheduled sharing that was in my residence, weeks before we had agreed to make a soup on Sunday, but for various reasons it was changed to a hamburger, on Thursday we divided things, taking advantage of the price offers, but we bought everything separately because it was better, as the sauce, breads, meat, vegetables and soft drinks. At nightfall we got down to work, we started to share with some sangria (in my case) and others with bottles of rum, then to taste the tasty burgers that we put together, really good and well done, better than eating them on the street for my taste hahaha, they were very tasty with plenty of meat and everything, being honest I ate about 3. Then apart from telling stories to each other, it was time for Karaoke, it is always fun to see the creativity and the comments of others, to see how everyone sings what they like and above all to have a good time in confidence. I have been in my residency for 1 year and 2 months and until now we had not had the opportunity to share in a group, so for me it was something different and I feel more comfortable to be here.
