Les confieso que hoy tuve un día súper movido, de esos días que te sientes muy agotado y que al ver la cama provoca es acostarse a dormir toda la noche. Me siento un poco agotada por el ajetreo ya que durante este día se me presentaron diferentes escenarios que a lo largo del día fui solucionando con calma, inteligencia y dejando atrás el estrés que tanto daño nos hace.

I confess that today I had a very busy day, one of those days when you feel very exhausted and when you see the bed you feel like going to sleep all night. I feel a little exhausted by the hustle and bustle because during this day I was presented with different scenarios that throughout the day I was solving calmly, intelligently and leaving behind the stress that hurts us so much.

Hoy me levanté muy temprano a las 6 de la mañana, y después de arreglarme bajé a la planta baja a preparar desayuno; desayuné con mi esposo e inmediatamente me puse a revisar y a reeler el post para luego publicarlo a eso de las 8 de la mañana para luego salir al lugar donde hago la rehabilitación de la cervical y del hombro derecho, cumplí todo lo indicado por el doctor y las licenciadas en fisioterapia, traté de hacer los ejercicios ordenados por los especialista del área. De regreso a casa me vine caminando y meditando entre los árboles y los bonitos paisajes del camino.

Today I woke up very early at 6 am, and after getting ready I went down to the first floor to prepare breakfast; I had breakfast with my husband and immediately I started to review and reel the post to then publish it at about 8 am and then go to the place where I do the rehabilitation of the cervical and right shoulder, I fulfilled everything indicated by the doctor and physiotherapy graduates, I tried to do the exercises ordered by the specialists in the area. Back home I came walking and meditating among the trees and the beautiful scenery of the road.

Al terminar las terapias me llegó un mensaje de una vecina para que le hiciera una torta para su hija.
En seguida me vine a la casa y por la avenida me conseguí a mi esposo, me llevó a la casa y me puse a realizar todo el procedimiento de elaboración de la torta de chocolate y la cubierta que también es de chocolate, le dije a mi esposo que se encargara de terminar el almuerzo para yo ponerme a hacer la torta.

When I finished my therapies I got a message from a neighbor asking me to bake a cake for her daughter.
He took me to the house and I started to do the whole procedure of making the chocolate cake and the chocolate icing. I told my husband to take care of finishing lunch so I could start making the cake.

Pero tuve la mala suerte que a las 12;30 del día quitaron la electricidad, lo bueno fue que no había metido al horno la mezcla ya que hubiese perdido todo los ingredientes.

Aprovechando que no había luz salí un momento a comprar algo para decorar la torta y su base. Al pasar dos hora llego la luz, encendí el horno y como tenía la mezcla y el molde listo esperé 10 minutos que se calentara e introduje la torta al horno para su cocción, tardó justo una hora, lo apagué, dejé que se enfriara un poco.

But I had the bad luck that at 12:30 pm the electricity was turned off, the good thing was that I had not put the mixture in the oven because I would have lost all the ingredients.
Taking advantage of the fact that there was no electricity, I went out for a moment to buy something to decorate the cake and its base. After two hours the light came on, I turned on the oven and as I had the mixture and the mold ready I waited 10 minutes for it to heat up and put the cake in the oven to bake, it took just one hour, I turned it off and let it cool down a little.

Mi esposo fue a llevar a nuestra hija @mjpacheco al cine del centro comercial sambil para reunirse con una de sus amigas y
yo me quede en casa esperando para que se enfriara y para decorar la torta, pero como el tiempo apremia, fue necesario meterla en el refrigerador para que se terminara de enfriar, ya que si la decoraba caliente el chocolate se derrite. La decoré, la entregué y de inmediato salí al súper mercado Kari a realizar unas compras que requería.

Cuando estamos en caja cancelando el mercado suena el teléfono y es mi hija para que la buscáramos al centro comercial sambil, la buscamos llegamos a casa a las 10 de la noche preparamos unos panes para la cena, cenamos, me bañe y me puse a redactar este post. Así termino mi movido día, pero al final logré cumplir todo lo que tenía pendiente y me fui a descansar.
