Espero se encuentren super bien. Tal vez hayan notado que empecé a publicar menos, pero tristemente regresamos a la vida universitaria, y tristemente se acabaron mis horas de sueño completas porque todo el tiempo tengo clases super temprano, y como sabrán, yo vivo bastante lejos de la civilización (por así decirlo), así que me toca levantarme aún más temprano. Volver a esa rutina es una tortura luego de las vacaciones, pero bueno, ya me acostumbraré. Aun así, puede que vean un poco menos mi contenido por aquí.

I hope you are all doing great. You may have noticed that I've started posting less, but sadly we're back to university life, and sadly my hours of sleep are over because I have classes super early all the time, and as you know, I live quite far from civilization (so to speak), so I have to get up even earlier. Getting back into that routine is torture after the holidays, but oh well, I'll get used to it. Even so, you may see a little less of my content around here.

Bueno, comentándoles sobre la universidad, algo que me encanta un montón es comprar útiles cada vez que regreso a clases. Aunque no son muchos como cuando iba a la escuela, siempre quiero tener algo nuevo; no me importa si es una goma o un lápiz, me gusta ir a la papelería a ver qué encuentro. Días antes de iniciar las clases salí en búsqueda de cuadernos porque necesitaba algunos, pero sorprendentemente no había nada, y eso que ya habían pasado como tres semanas desde el regreso a clases de los niños. Así que realmente esperaba encontrar algo, pero todos los cuadernos que podía ver eran de doble línea, o encontraba los de una línea con unos diseños bastante curiosos que para nada compraría, así que ese día me rendí y regresé a mi casa sin nada.

Well, talking about college, something I really love is buying school supplies every time I go back to class. Although I don't need as many as when I was in school, I always want to have something new; I don't care if it's an eraser or a pencil, I like going to the stationery store to see what I can find. A few days before classes started, I went out looking for notebooks because I needed some, but surprisingly, there was nothing, even though it had been about three weeks since the kids had gone back to school. So I was really hoping to find something, but all the notebooks I could see were double-lined, or I found single-lined ones with some pretty weird designs that I would never buy, so that day I gave up and went home empty-handed.

Luego, una amiga de mi mamá le comentó que habían cuadernos de buena calidad en una papelería que está cerca de mi casa, y me dispuse a ir unos días después. Encontré buenos cuadernos, aunque no había muchos diseños, pero igual estaban más lindos que los que había visto anteriormente. Pasé bastante tiempo en la papelería porque ese día el banco tenía ciertos problemas, así que todo el proceso de pago estaba tardando bastante. Aun así, recorrí toda la tienda viendo las cositas que tenían y queriendo llevarme todo lo que me parecía lindo. Mis compras, además del cuaderno, no fueron muchas, solo cosas que necesitaba en el momento, como marcadores negros, porque esos siempre se acaban muy rápido.

Then, a friend of my mom's told her that there were good quality notebooks at a stationery store near my house, so I decided to go there a few days later. I found some good notebooks, although there weren't many designs, but they were still prettier than the ones I had seen before. I spent quite a long time in the stationery store because the bank was having some problems that day, so the whole payment process was taking a long time. Even so, I walked around the whole store looking at the things they had and wanting to take everything I thought was cute. My purchases, besides the notebook, weren't many, just things I needed at the moment, like black markers, because those always run out very quickly.
