RE: A Five Month Realistic Journey

in Lifestylelast year (edited)

Thank you bro. Indeed this is the ideal time to work on my body. I workout 6 days a week, hitting seperate muscle each day and legs twice a day with cardio everyday for atleast 10-20 minutes. So it takes at least an hour everyday in the gym xD

If you have been working out three days a week for many years, I'm sure you've a healthy body, ofcourse if your diet is good. From your profile pic, I can see you're ripped ;))

Wow, that´s an impressive workout routine. If you keep it up for at least a year, your physique will change significantly.

Thanks man but that profile pic is too old :D I have bulked up massively since then. This is what I looked like two years ago:

Now I´m even bigger (and stronger). I love it :)

Damn dude you're all buffed up. Your pics reminds me of this meme hahaha.

Picss ;))

Haha thanks man but I´m actually far from being the biggest (and strongest) guy in the gym, even though it´s just an outdoor gym were a lot of normies and kids come :) But yeah, I admit there are some machines at that gym where I´m close to maxing them out :D Hopefully soon :) But after working out for years, the improvement is painfully slow now. It sometimes takes me long months to improve my PR by literally just a few kilos at some machines... You, on the other had, just started your fitness journey so enjoy all those huge improvements that you are experiencing now, they won´t last that long :D ;)
