Eating healthy is one of the best ways to keep fit naturally in our contemporary world. Going with the fact that most healthcare systems are a failure these days, all we have to do to keep the doctors away is to engage in eating healthy so as to keep the body free from antibodies and diseases.

As humans we really don't have an excuse as to why we cannot maintain certain level of discipline in maintaining our health. What I am trying to say is that it takes discipline to avoid such foods like processed foods that affect our health negatively rather than positively and it also takes dcipline to to engage in healthy ways that is suitable for our body systems to function properly.

So far I have come to realize that most people are ignorant of the kind of food they should eat at most times, at other times, people just eat because they have no medical conditions attached for instance someone that is diabetic would know the kind of food to eat and the ones that are not supposed to be eaten.

In all we should maintain a healthy lifestyle but incorporating Greens into our diet these includes vegetables, fruits, spices that are natural like ginger, garlic, cinnamon, turmeric and so on.

Living healthy is not difficult although sometimes it can be expensive depending on your location just like Nigeria. when you decide to go vegan it can be so expensive. But when you get to the market you can find vegetables like spinach, pumpkins and so on that you can use to sustain your vegan life. In view of living healthy we can also incorporate the intake of green teas from time to time to replace our intake of caffeine just like coffee. This is so because green teas extract are known to contain elements that are good for the body that eliminate antibodies and prevent against diseases and build the immune system.

Maintaining a healthy eating style in Venezuela is also a bit difficult but not impossible, nowadays it is cheaper to buy a soda than fruits to drink them in a juice.

Same here, that's why some people can not do without carbonated drinks in a day and it has negative effect on health. Healthy living is expensive, I just find what works best for me.
