El evento ConVinArte es hoy y ayer debíamos ir nuevamente al vivero para acomodar todo y dejarlo listo para el gran día.
Los planes eran organizar y limpiar, acomodar las mesas y bancos en el área donde vamos a colocar a los participantes, otra dónde se ubicarán los emprendedores y la mesa donde irán todos los obsequios y degustaciones del día.
También acomodar plantas para que todo luzca lindo y seleccionar cuáles serán las que estarán en exhibición.

The ConVinArte event is today and yesterday we had to go to the nursery again to set everything up and get it ready for the big day.
The plans were to organize and clean up, arrange the tables and benches in the area where we will place the participants, another where the entrepreneurs will be located and the table where all the gifts and tastings of the day will go.
Also to arrange the plants so that everything looks nice and to select which ones will be on display.
Quedé con Elieska en ir a las 9 de la mañana, así que desperté a las 7 para acomodar todo en casa y estar lista a esa hora.
Al hablar con ella me comentó que aún no podía salir de su casa porque estaba haciendo otras cosas, así que desayunamos con más calma y salimos a las 10 de casa.
Cuando llegamos ella no había llegado, nos tocó esperar una hora. Mi hijo y yo nos encontrábamos algo ansiosos porque pensábamos que no nos iba a dar tiempo de nada.
Aproveché el tiempo para ver una serie en lo que terminaban de llegar ella y su mamá.
I agreed with Elieska to go at 9 am, so I woke up at 7 am to arrange everything at home and be ready at that time.
When I talked to her she told me that she still couldn't leave her house because she was doing other things, so we had breakfast at a slower pace and left the house at 10.
When we arrived she had not arrived, we had to wait for an hour. My son and I were a bit anxious because we thought we were not going to have time for anything.
I took advantage of the time to watch a series while she and her mom finished arriving.
Cuando llegaron nos fuimos a sentar en una de las mesas para planificar que haríamos y como acomodaríamos todo. Había que esperar que nos ayudaran con las mesas, así que comenzamos moviendo algunas de las plantas.
When they arrived we went to sit at one of the tables to plan what we would do and how we would arrange everything. We had to wait for help with the tables, so we started by moving some of the plants.
No pudimos solventar el tema de las mesas el día de ayer porque estaban muy ocupados en ese momento, ya luego en horas de la tarde las movieron y nos avisaron que estaba todo listo para que pudiéramos mover el día de hoy las cosas.
Aprovechamos el tiempo para acomodar algunos adornos que se colocarán en los materitos de los participantes, también colocamos en pequeños materos algunas piedritas decorativas, el abono y dejamos acomodamos una pequeña área techada para tener un plan B en caso de que llueva.
We could not solve the issue of the tables yesterday because they were very busy at that time, and then in the afternoon they moved them and told us that everything was ready so that we could move things today.
We took advantage of the time to arrange some ornaments that will be placed in the materitos of the participants, we also placed in small materos some decorative pebbles, the compost and we left a small roofed area to have a plan B in case it rains.
En esta área nos cruzamos con un gallo bastante colorido. El vivero tiene varios animales como perros y gallinas caminando libremente.
Después aprovechamos de hacer el sorteo, pues íbamos a regalar un pase para el evento a través de Instagram.
Ya luego afinamos los últimos detalles con las plantas que estaríamos ofreciendo, el costo al que nos saldrían y ya estábamos listas para irnos.
In this area we came across a colorful rooster. The nursery has several animals such as dogs and chickens walking freely.
Then we took the opportunity to do the raffle, as we were going to give away a pass for the event through Instagram.
Then we fine-tuned the last details with the plants we would be offering, the cost and we were ready to go.
Yo no había almorzado y me sentía bastante débil, así que nos fuimos a casa de Elieska a comer una pasta que nos había preparado una de sus tías. Por último nos fuimos a una tienda cercana para comprar los globos de la decoración de mañana.
En ese momento llegó una de las emprendedoras que va a participar en el evento a llevarnos sus ponquesitos. Estaban súper hermosos y no perdimos la oportunidad de comernos uno entre Elieska, mi hijo y yo jajaja
Ya con eso finalizamos la jornada. Hoy es el gran día y bueno les estaré compartiendo en los próximos días la experiencia. ♥
I hadn't had lunch and was feeling pretty weak, so we went to Elieska's house to eat some pasta that one of her aunts had prepared for us. Finally we went to a nearby store to buy the balloons for tomorrow's decoration.
At that moment one of the entrepreneurs who will be participating in the event arrived to bring us her little cakes. They were super beautiful and we did not miss the opportunity to eat one between Elieska, my son and me hahaha.
That was the end of the day. Today is the big day and well I will be sharing the experience in the coming days. ♥
