Day 2717 | Bowling & Fasting

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was a pretty good day starting off with some productivity and the intentions to have a full fasting day. I went out first in the early afternoot with a friend and his son to go bowling and to my surprise the ball went almost always exactly where I wanted it to go right in the middle good for 125 & 154 scores. I stopped by the supermarkt after for some food I'm going to make for christmas. The road was very busy though and I ditched my plan to first play tennis on Wednesday to straight go to my yearly car inspection out of fear that high trafic would not get me there in time. Once home, I let our dog out for a short walk. In the early and later evening, I spend some familu time with my mom, my sister and my 2 nieces and was in no rush to get back to my appartment. While I succeeded not to eat anything during the day, in the evening, the temptation of some of my favorite chocolate was too big and I cracked also eating some bread afterward. Overall though I had very limited food intake which got at 68.2kg this morning.

New Day Goals: As each year, this is the day where I go to my yearly car inspection and spend christmas even with family. I will also spend some kitchen time makinbg gratin and sone sausage breads. The main aim will be to keep myself in check and not to overeat.
