Day 2434 | Tuesday Family Day & Long Dog Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Tuesday was another good day where I was fully able to keep up the healthy eating streak that I'm on. I once again stayed in bed, didn't eat anything in the morning and had some productivity before heading to my parents place. Once there I quickly ate something and instantly went for a 2-Hour dog walk which was highly enjoyable again. The weather was also excellent for a walk as it was cold but not wet and the walk itself really warmed me up. I did over 14k steps in total.

I did spend some time with my nieces and sister afterward and ate there even though I avoided the tortillas as they had seed oil in them to keep up the healthy streak. I went home quite early to watch the Champions League match which ended with some nice profit. I also got a big order of healthy food from an online store who mainly sels herbs and seeds


Food Diary I ate a yoghurt before going for a walk and a small can of Mackarel fish after. In the early evening I just stuck to eating some tomato sauce with vegetables and mozarella over at my sisters and I ate some Pealed Tiger Nuts in the evening.
