Day 2429 | Spending More Kitchen Time!

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


If anything so far in 2025 I'm really watching what I eat no longer comsuming vegetable oils which are literally in everything for sale in the supermarket. Even when buying Bio Olives, it is covered in cheap and unhealthy Sunflowerseed Oil. It also feels like it's one of the things nobody is paying attention to it while I believe it's one of the main causes of obesitas which studies also incline

Cutting it out completely basically means that I need to spend way more time in my kitchen especially if I want to feel filled up. I'm still working on getting my portion sizes down as I do still have a habit of eating way too much even though my weight has come down and my skin seems to be way better already.

I also went out for a walk to the supermarket to already get the food for the weekend and watched the cup match in the evening. I did want to watch a movie but again the files were not recognised by my player which makes me want to find a solution so I can easily stream them from my computer.


Food Diary I once again made rice yesterday as it is one of my comfort foods. I also have some left over that is just past the expiry date so I will be eating some more of it the coming weeks so I don't have to throw it away.I also ate some rice waffles with almond nut butter, 2 Apples, and some curry sause along with the Rice.

New Day Goals: On Friday I plan to join a hot yoga class, go get a haircut, make vegetable lasagna, watch the last episode of Season 2 from Silo, update my football statistics, and watch the evening match.
