Friday was very much in line with the past 3 days mainly having the focus on my eating habits while mostly staying indoors alone in my comfort bubble. I did get in some productivity during the day but also noyt too much and I started to learn a new piano Piece that I want to be able to play which is Comptine D'un Autre Été from Yann Tiersen which I would say is a pretty famous one. I once bought a digital piano more as a combination of a furniture piece and a 'video game' as I wanted to learn how to play Where is My Mind from the Pixies which I did (at least half of it). Aside from that I'm a total piano noob as I literally just learned the mechanical part how to play it. I aim to do this again with this new song even though it likely will take some time.
Food Diary
I did really well despite some craving to go to ikea to get a Vol-Au-Veggie meal with extra fries which I resisted (also because I didn't really want to take the walk). I only really ate some celeriac salad out of a glass jar, 7 or so Climentines, and some peanut Butter which did provide quite some calories.
Day | Food |
---|---|
Wednesday | Chick Peas in Tomato Sauce / Banana / Carrots / 1.5L Water |
Thursday | Oatmeal / Banana / 7 Clemintines / Mais Crackers & Peanut Butter |
Friday | Celeriac/7 Clementines / Peanut Butter |
In the evening I watched another movie wich was A Different Man which I had probably too high expectations from. Overall, Thursday was somewhat of a lonely day which doesn't happen to me very often.
New Day Goals: I will try to get in some productivity and activity while keeping it as healthy as possible.
Day | Weight | Bed Time | Awake | Food | Other | Day Score |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
01 January | 72.6 kg | 01:40 | 09:00 | 0.00€ | 0.00€ | 7 |
02 January | 72.4 kg | °1:30 | 10:00 | 7.35€ | 44.98€ | 6 |
Right on cue with piano. !LOLZ
How do you learn? Are you using any apps? Asking for my wife cause she wants to start learning too.
Good luck with learning the piece and all the best in this year!
@tipu curate
I basically just use Youtube to see which are the keys to press and then manually try to brute-force those into my muscle memory. Likely not to most efficient way to go about it but I'm having fun with it. Every day a bit. The main downside is that you get the learn the first part by far the best. I also have it with the first song I learned, the first part goes automatically but the 2nd part clearly feels less trained.
Thanks for your answer. I was thinking of letting in to Musescore's marketing emails and purchase subscription. There you have and option of playing along both the actual score/partiture, or falling keys, or the combination of it.
