In Belgium we have football matches during the christmas period and there were 5 of them to follow yesterday. It resulted in some entertaining games and also some good profit from betting where things went as I anticipated. There are 3 more matches on Friday which will be played later on in the day and after that there is a short winter break of just 10 days which I plan to use to fully get back in gear toward a health mode.
I didn't fully eat clean on Thursday as I was unable to resist some craving for paprika chips and I also started watching the 2nd season of Squid game which I want to finish today before the last 3 matches start. This resulted with me going to bed quite late again but I slept well and had some strange vivid dreams always waking up and wanting to go back to sleep to see how the dream would continue which it always did.
