Day 2357 | Walk & Kitchen Time


I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Wednesday was a day with most of my focus on getting myself in a position where my ear infection has the best chance to heal. So I skipped on the tennis and took it quite slow. In the late afternoon I did a walk to the Supermarket to get some fresh food which I prepared in a Chick Peas Stew with some home mode vegetable meat balls. This during the first football match which already started. In the evening I watched a 2nd match and some tv afterward going to bed trying to sleep on my back instead of on my side. While it's far from cured, I do feel my ear is going into the right direction.


New Day Goals: I aim to make Thursday into another slow day with most focus on the football matches and getting some work done updating the statistics I'm keeping on the belgian league.
