The Most Successful Workout Schedule

The 3 Day a week fullbody workout schedule makes the most sense for most people when it comes to strength training.

This is due to it being easier to commit to 3x a day compared to say 5 or 6, as well as the fact that you are working the body together as a whole each time.

Now this isn't the only way to train, but for most people, especially those newer strength or resistance training, you can't beat it!
