FYI, i am working on a Community Governance system which has strong potential to facilitate positive actions for the common good, potentially solving many local and world problems, such as the problems you are experiencing. Would you like to know more about this, and perhaps help to get it off the ground?
Re. your "emotional" state. Are you able to download & read a pdf (or epub file on a book reader)?
