I love it, I think it would be a job I would love to do, although the smell of freshly baked bread would drive me crazy with the desire to eat it, hahahahahaha.

I can imagine how difficult it must be to handle a bakery oven, if my home oven is complicated, I don't want to imagine one of that magnitud. I hope you continue to have good days in your new job and that you manage to learn a lot of things.
