Hello to all my dear friends of #hive, on this day, make this post to share my experience in learning about my little daughter who is taking her first steps in education and also participate in the #lern promotion that she very gladly offers for this week. In this sense, I am very pleased to join and offer you a material, hoping that you will like it.

Initially, with regard to the Covid 19 pandemic, the educational system of the country where I live Venezuela stopped its work, for which the children must carry out their tasks at home in the company of their parents or someone hired to support them. The assignments of the activities are carried out online or a day of relaxation is attended to take notes of the tasks that the students must carry out according to a plan prepared by the teachers. In case of having doubts, students can clarify it with their teachers online, being sometimes complicated for children who do not have the resource or some face-to-face appointments that are made every time.

In the case of my little one, she attends initial or preschool education, generating that she cannot carry out these tasks on her own and therefore it is essential that she establish a weekly work plan so that she achieves the goals established according to the level she studies. It is worth noting that since she is starting in the educational system she still did not know how to read and write, hence the importance of accompanying her in this process and she already knows the letters of the alphabet and numbers. It is worth noting that this educational topic has been carried out in a satisfactory way because I am a teacher in the area of Spanish and this allows me to plan the study according to the needs of my daughter.

In this sense, part of the process begins in the morning after breakfast I work with her the alphabet and a series of attention exercises. In addition, the tasks assigned by the teacher are carried out. If we give ourselves time, we do mathematical work in relation to knowing the numbers or simple operations, but they are carried out in the afternoon. Already in the afternoon hours the little girl relies on practical exercises on the Web that are available free of charge and have been of great help to facilitate the language and mathematics process. On the subject, the tools available on the web are key for children to learn by playing in an enjoyable way and without pressure.

Another element that is worked with my daughter are the handicrafts that are assigned to her at school that because she is small she cannot do it alone, such as: making a paper boat, necklaces, Christmas decorations, carnival, among others. For which I have patience to plan the assignment and determine how the girl can execute it with the help of an adult. One aspect that has been difficult for us to work today is outdoor activities since with the pandemic it has been difficult to visit parks, courts or other spaces to avoid problems. Despite the fact that before increasing the numbers it was possible to carry out work outdoors.

One element that I would like to highlight is that the little girl learns quickly and I have noticed that the activities on the computer have been key for her to know letters and numbers. His learning vocabulary and starting to write words have made great strides. Let's hope that when the little girl goes back to school she can carry out her tasks with autonomy and reach the required goals.

On the other hand, I highlight the concern that if children currently do not have the help of their parents or a significant adult, learning will not be achieved in the expected way. Hence, parents must be aware of this work and especially at this time when children must carry out their assignments at home.
