Womb(Men) Issues

Greetings courageous beings

@julietree I know you said to post about the lernblog.com... me can’t find my other phone with the telegram message.
Instead I will share bits of my story also I want to wish us a happy birthday we must be two right?
Around this time, two years ago I was in Jamaica when LERNHERSTORY was founded.

...let me start the story

Herstory: the precious seed

2018/2019 mark the beginning of me taking action, taking that leap into the unknown
We,my then 5 year old daughter and her father (my ex) traveled together for 3 months visiting Peru, Bolivia,Ecuador together
6 months I traveled alone with her mainly through Ecuador and Jamaica
An unforgettable experience that helped me personally to become a more conscious parent.
I needed her to know how freedom felt like before her school years began. The system has a way of robbing that longing to stay free.

My intention was to LERN more about self healing 😉 and experience the healing effects of ayahuasca and other plant medicines...I use to be a nurse so I was completely surprised to discover that self healing was a thing...

Back in Zurich I was working as an EEG Assistant
Usually during the Setup for the EEG testing I would do a mini session of holistic psychological counseling... My advice was simple look into plant medicine and nutrition plus practice self love

I felt obligated to make them aware of the alternatives to treat their mostly chronically diseases.

One of the dear patients that encouraged me to go and discover the plants in Peru was a man that use to work for a big pharmaceutical company he tried many times to get them to use natural medicine 😏

Just around that time huge discussion and outrage were going on as women still to this day are looking for permission from the governments to manage their wombs
Do we need permission to decide if we want to have a child or not?

At that time I was lucky to be in Jamaica, volunteering @dindigenouaherbalshop
I felt an instant attraction to the place and the owner.

Jamaica was such a great support in regards to committing to living a holistic healthier lifestyle and learning about the healing herbs.

Dog blood was one of the first plants that was introduced to me as a natural birth control...the plant is known to help cleanse the reproductive system.

Another plant that I got to know was cerasse which indigenous caribbean women use as a birth control or oops control

Recently I started taking the cerasse tincture having two daughters in different countries during a pandemic is challenging so right now the Drops made by Nas a mother of 5 here in Jamaica

This woman is an inspiration let me tell you check out her work on
Instagram @holisticparadise

She is currently building her own business...her products are local and natural

I love meeting the Wo&men behind the products. My aim is to be able to connect anyone needing plant medicine to find the right products and to kickstart their healing journey.
After 4 years of searching it’s wonderful to witness that the knowledge of the indigenous cultures around the globe are having an impact on more and more peoples lives ...let us keep speaking up and guiding more towards their natural selves....

I knew back then I had to move to Jamaica ended traveling back to Switzerland mid 2019 with a precious gift inside me...After a c-section and a miscarriage I wasn’t sure that I would get pregnant again...
My second daughter was born early 2020

To end this story I will leave you with this advice
work on your courage, follow your intuition I know easier said than done...it’s all about just doing it

It took me a whole year of letting go of my old life and then to make thing’s clearer the pandemic hit showing me that I need to continue fearlessly on my journey.
Again I jumped and the rest of herstory is in the making...
