Anarchapulco 2023 was absolutely amazing this year. Over 600 people attended! It was at the Secret Garden in Acapulco (Jardin Secreto). An absolutely gorgeous location.
People from all over the world flew in to attend. Many different speakers about anarchy, agorism, kids crafts and activities, permaculture, homesteading, decentralization, health and healing, and of course quite a few booths for the various artists and cryptos too (Pirate Chain had the best booth this year imo).
We are already planning next year's event and I would like to run a booth for Hive, and also teach a 3-day class for the AnarKids (I'll call it CryptoKids). I am typing up the class schedule now (three 30min classes over 3 days). Creating a Hive account, proper key storage (keepass in particular), cold storage, using Liketu, Ecency, Peakd, Dbuzz, actifit and the various apps, earning rewards, buying things irl with Hive and HBD, onboarding their friends, etc.
Anyway, to make this happen for Hive, we will need to have a table and couple of chairs, a couple of Hive people to tend to the booth, a printed tablecloth, a couple of banners to hang up, flyers, cards and other handouts, feather flags, some tokens for account registrations, maybe some gifts for people too like bracelets, buttons, keychains. I've run booths at events before so this is not new to me.
I know the owner of the best printshop here in Acapulco and can get us a good deal, plus he accepts Hive/HBD there already (he uses our PalmPay point of sale).
What is Anarchy? Literally it means that you are someone who wants to live without someone ruling over you. That's it. aka: Voluntaryism

Are you tired of voting to have your will forced onto that guy, then only a short while later, that guy votes to have his will forced onto you? All the while, demanding someone to take more of your liberties, governments just get bigger and bigger... It's a zero sum game.
Let's make a better world! I'm one of Hive's biggest fans and do whatever it takes to get hundreds more users onto Hive.
- So, should we have a booth next year for Hive?
- Should we teach more kids about Hive and how to start contributing and earning?
If enough people say YES, especially @blocktrades @theycallmedan @marky @abit @smooth and the other whaley whales, then I will call my friend at the printshop and get a bid for the stuff that I will need at the booth, and get the schedule and agenda typed up for the DHF Proposal.

The Anarchapulco event has grown and grown, but when it was held at the larger, Princess Hotel in acapulco it was just too much goin on at once. So now the team will charge a bit more for the smaller venue of just around 600 people. It was way more enjoyable for everyone, and a hell of a lot nicer atmosphere too without all that corporate bs anymore.
If the whales (@blocktrades @theycallmedan @marky @abit @smooth etc) won't vote for this though, then there is no sense in even typing up the Proposal. :(
