There are moments like this in life. Today or this moment, you could be cheerful and all lively and the next minute for whatever reason, it's a different feeling and experience.
I think this runs deep in life. We might not hear or see much of the bad and ugly especially online because people would want to share their successes, gains and all that. But life brings them all to us.
