






During some months I did different routines, that included cardio exercises, which were fundamental to strengthen the respiratory system that was the most affected during the years 2021 and 2021, I worked the whole body, abs, legs, pectorals, back, shoulders and calves were worked thoroughly and little by little the results were coming gradually, transformed body fat into muscles and the sizes went down, I slept well, because I had time for me, I started to eat healthier, less carbohydrates, from 105 kilos, I went down to 92 kilos, but with good muscle mass, it was nice to see my physical transformation and the photos are proof of what I am talking about, currently I have lost a little shape, but recovering it is one of the goals of this year 2025.
