RE: Tangalooma wrecks Queensland Australia

in Drone7 months ago

We were there late last year. snorkeling on those wrecks. The current is crazy strong, dragging you sideways, parallel to the shore. Man, we only just made the ferry back, and we were all exhausted from swimming in that current. Great shots.

Awesome I'm glad you got to experience the wrecks!
The current is so strong in-between tides through the channel to the wrecks!!
I know exactly what you mean, last time I was there I forgot my flippers and swimming back to the beach was insane. The current was dragging me so bad I nearly ended up under a boat ahah I thought I was going to drown. But made it back to the beach eventually and collapsed from exhaustion.

But lesson learned don't forget your flippers.

!LOL

I asked one of the girls working the tourism booth, if they call themselves (those who live and work there) Tangaloompas.
She laughed politely with the customer.

What does a CIA agent do when it's time for bed?
He goes under cover.
