Hola como estan, estoy en otro
" Modo aleh ", con experiencias y sobre temas relacionados con ideas o reflexiones de iniciativas y comunidades.

Tercera semana de la iniciativa #Humanitas y por supuesto , quería escribir mi post , sobre este tema nuevo , los anteriores , han sido un poco desafiante , vamos a ver como me va con el desarrollo de este .

DERECHO

Uno de mis temas preferidos , los dos pasados , han estado desafiantes , ya que van de la mano , unos mas que otros , pero son la base de el ser humano . El derechos tiene muchas variantes , pero la que siempre usamos y le colocamos peso es la Justicia , hay unas preguntas abiertas , que nos deja el post principal de esta iniciativa , para poder guiarnos , la usare para organizar mis palabras e ideas . La justicia para mi , es algo que llevo desde pequeña , y que hasta el día de hoy tengo como principio . No veo de buena manera en muchos aspectos de mi pais como no existe la justicia y es frustrante , mucho , pero aun así los derechos están establecidos para todos , lo que en este caso llamaría Conveniencia . La frase donde empiezan mis derechos terminan los tuyos , es algo que no se aplica bien, y por mas que luchemos , es algo que siempre será injusto .

La ley , la justicia y los derechos , son los pilares , que conforman un sistema social , y ser justos , es ya una perspectiva personal , tener derechos , es algo que obtenemos desde que nacemos y la justicia es algo que nos toca como sociedad . A lo largo de la historia , esta acá cambiado de radical , a una supuesta justicia beneficiaria , donde el que tenga mas dominio adquisitivo , puede mover las leyes . Y eso es algo que anteriormente no se vivía . La justicia era muy complicado , era radical no se dejaban cabos sueltos , no se cuestionaba nada . Ahora tenemos derechos humanos , que nos permite tener beneficios , a pesar de que son burlados por un sistema , estos existen . Ser juzgado en una sociedad , era una ley implacable , no se podía burlar o escapar de ello , simplemente era una manera de control , quizás dirían que muy rudo , pero efectivo , no diré , que era justo con todos , pero eran lo que anteriormente se usaba , como poder y justicia . Amo las leyes por su manera de desarrollo , esto me refiero ha un abogado , incrementar este conocimiento y de hecho aportar con su ejecución , nuevas leyes que se apliquen para absolver una persona , me parece un acto de mucha habilidad .

Admiro muchos , litigantes en la historia y en leyes que han dejado para el desarrollo social de una defensa , y por todos los que aun creen en una humanidad merecedora de esa libertad y derechos . Que merecen aun ser escuchados y defendidos . Las culturas esta siendo una guía , para muchos adultos jóvenes y su capacidad de entendimiento es otro , eso ha obligado a muchos a luchar por ideales que antes no existían o habían sido ignorados , abriendo la sensibilidad y revolucionando las leyes .

Third week of the #Humanitas initiative and of course , I wanted to write my post , on this new topic , the previous ones , have been a bit challenging , let's see how it goes with the development of this one .

RIGHT

One of my favourite topics , the last two , have been challenging , as they go hand in hand , some more than others , but they are the basis of the human being . Rights has many variants , but the one we always use and place weight on is Justice , there are some open questions , which leaves us the main post of this initiative , in order to guide us , I will use it to organize my words and ideas . Justice for me is something that I have had since I was a child, and to this day I have it as a principle. I do not see in a good way in many aspects of my country how justice does not exist and it is frustrating, very frustrating, but still rights are established for everyone, which in this case I would call Convenience. The phrase where my rights begin yours end , is something that does not apply well , and no matter how hard we fight , it is something that will always be unfair .

The law , justice and rights , are the pillars , which make up a social system , and being fair , is already a personal perspective , have rights , is something we get from birth and justice is something that touches us as a society . Throughout history, this has changed radically, to a so-called beneficiary justice, where whoever has more purchasing power, can move the laws. And that is something that we didn't have before. Justice was very complicated, it was radical, there were no loose ends, nothing was questioned. Now we have human rights , which allows us to have benefits , although they are flouted by a system , they exist . Being judged in a society , it was a relentless law , you could not circumvent or escape it , it was simply a way of control , maybe they would say very harsh , but effective , I will not say , it was fair to all , but they were what was previously used , as power and justice . I love the law for its way of development , this I mean a lawyer , increase this knowledge and in fact bring with its execution , new laws that apply to acquit a person , it seems to me an act of great skill .

I admire many , litigants in history and in laws that have left for the social development of a defence , and for all those who still believe in a humanity deserving of that freedom and rights . Who still deserve to be heard and defended. Cultures are being a guide , for many young adults and their ability to understand is another , that has forced many to fight for ideals that previously did not exist or had been ignored , opening the sensitivity and revolutionizing the laws .
