La democracia.
Me gustaría hacer esta publicación siguiendo el hilo a #yasmarit la cual creí que escribió una publicación muy sincera, por otra parte está el caso de #adrearojas55 con su publicación que denota las despreciables acciones en contra de la libertad de expresión y de forma personal soy cubano y este es un tema que me llega al alma. No escribo esta publicación en contra de #yasmarit aunque si utilizaré su publicación como pie forzado para algunas aclaraciones y aportes que creo pertinentes. Los latinoamericanos tenemos creencias muy arraigadas que a veces no sabemos de dónde vienen pero son de las mismas personas que desean usurpar la democracia para esblecerce como monarcas absolutos. Se que es algo extensa pero creo que será un aporte que enriquecerá el debate. Más ejemplos como los que voy a plantear hay muchísimos, ya que son la regla no la excepción, así que pueden invertigarlos por ustedes mismos. Si decean que realice algún por de alguna temática similar o tienen alguna duda díganme lo en los comentarios será un placer responderles. Un placer estar con ustedes y espero que les guste.
I would like to make this post following the thread to #yasmarit which I thought she wrote a very sincere post, on the other hand there is the case of #adrearojas55 with her post that denotes the despicable actions against freedom of expression and personally I am Cuban and this is an issue that touches my soul. I am not writing this post against #yasmarit although I will use your post as a forced footnote for some clarifications and contributions that I think are pertinent. Latin Americans have deep-rooted beliefs that sometimes we do not know where they come from but they are from the same people who want to usurp democracy to establish themselves as absolute monarchs. I know it is a bit extensive but I think it will be a contribution that will enrich the debate. There are many more examples like the ones you are raising, since they are the rule not the exception, so you can invest them by yourselves. Me gustaría comenzar con una aclaración fundamental. La democracia no es una herramienta del gobierno, la democracia es una forma de organización política dónde la ciudadanía decide en gran medida el sendero que tomara su nación. La democracia directa practicada en Atenas hoy se ve en muy escasos países principalmente por ser inviable por las grandes poblaciones, es por esto que utilizamos la democracia representativa. La idea original es que el pueblo escogería empleados que trabajan en función de los ideales del ciudadano. Algo que a día de hoy para la mayoría de personas se ha invertido, ellos trabajan para el político y viven para él independientemente de sus acciones, idealizados como dioses en la tierra. El estado no es un ente abstracto que vela por nuestro bien, son personas que velan por su propio bien y el más grande de ellos es mantenerse en el poder indefinidamente por lo que son en su gran mayoría personas antidemocráticas. Esto lo vemos en los sistemas que promueven medidas más sociales o comunitarias que intentan implantar regímenes jerárquicos.
En todo esto quisiera aclarar una imposibilidad práctica que se ha comprado como pan caliente, la igualdad. Este es un imposible que nos lo han echo creer, jamás," todos seremos satisfechos." No todos nacemos no solo con las mismas posibilidades económicas, sino psicológicas, Morales, etc por lo que todos somos diferentes. Por esto la única igualdad aplicable y deceable si lo analizamos a profundidad es la igualdad ante la Lay independiente al individuo, instalando así su supremacía de la ley,no se salva ni el más afamado político ni el más rico empresario al menos de forma teórica ya que como humanos que somos hay imperfecciones y corrupción en toda forma de organización social, por lo que nuestras instituciones también serán imperfectas lo que podemos hacer es trabajar para volverlas lo menos imperfectas posibles. Un ejemplo de esto se vió con una funcionaria pública en un país nórdico que compró un pañuelo con dinero público y fue condenada a la cárcel por ello, sin embargo en nuestros países se construyen casas enteras con dinero público y esto es algo mínimo.
La libertad de expresión es fundamental como base de la democracia liberal moderna está es la que nos da la información necesaria para tomar decisiones. Por esto una de las cosas que siempre esta clase de personas utilizan la sensura del discurso público. No les interesa que las personas estén instruidas y directamente te ofenden diciéndote que los malos malisimos intentan manipularte y como tú no estás preparado para hacerles frente se te es negada la información, ya que solo ellos saben lo que es bueno, como si fueras deficiente mental o algo así. Es importante luchar por la libertad de expresión, está es el arma de la democracia un demócrata discute, aprende y enseña para alcanzar sus objetivos, no sensura o recurre a la violencia física.
Me gustaría tomar con pinzas una frase y es la de "igualdad, justicia y solidaridad" una de las más grandes masacres de la historia de la humanidad que fue la revolución francesa y es el opio que le echan a los discursos de hoy para convencer de que sus medidas se tomas por el bien común, sabe Dios quien es común por qué yo no lo conozco. Cómo ya había mencionado la igualdad mecánica o material es un imposible la única que es factible entre lo posible es la igualdad ante la ley. Por otra parte tenemos la justicia que ahora se complementa con la palabra social, uno de los conceptos más ambiguos que a cualquiera se le podría ocurrir, arma que utilizan para justificar cualquier barbaridad. La justicia claro que es deseable pero eso la justicia con bases morales objetivas y leyes explícitas, robar, matar, vandalizar, extorsionar, etc siempre está mal, ninguna mandatario debe darles privilegios a ningún grupo de personas por encima de otro al menos que las bases morales lo justifiquen y en democracias sea botado por la comunidad. Estás personas que fueron compradas serán dependientes de por vida. Un ejemplo es el sistema de pensiones público que es una estafa piramidal de las más nefastas. Por lo que a cada vez hay más ancianos y menos jóvenes, más inflación y más caros los productos, con productos escasos debido las intervenciones estatales. La situación prácticamente los obliga a botar por sus verdugos y condenar a los más jóvenes. En poblaciones como la española esto se ve de primera mano.
No quiero extenderme con la solidaridad así que seré breve. Está está bien siempre que salga de la iniciativa de cada persona no del gobierno, ya que este para empezar lo hará con dinero recaudado de forma impositiva para realizar las tretas antes expuestas. La iniciativa privada siempre es mejor para todos y si no me creen vean el caso de Mister Beast quien con una pequeñísima fracción del dinero que se le da a la ONU cada año a realizado más bien para muchos pueblos de África que las Naciones Unidas desde su creación.

Not all of us are born not only with the same economic possibilities, but also psychological, moral, etc., so we are all different. Freedom of speech is fundamental as the basis of modern liberal democracy, it is what gives us the information we need to make decisions. For this reason, one of the things that this kind of people always use is the wisdom of public discourse. They are not interested that people are educated and directly offend you by telling you that the evil bad guys are trying to manipulate you and as you are not prepared to face them you are denied the information, since only they know what is good, as if you were mentally deficient or something like that. It is important to fight for freedom of speech, this is the weapon of democracy, a democrat discusses, learns and teaches to achieve his goals, he does not sensurate or resort to physical violence.
