Hm, you wouldnt even get a very small apartment for that money here in my area ;-)
In fact with 62K right now, I would invest a part in solar heating and warm water for the house I live and in a smal solar energy system, because this in fact would save a lot of money in the future.
The rest would go to hive, to suport others and grow together :-)

Yes Austria is a rich country and prices for land and living just going crazy. Me too dont have those 62K but its nice to dream :-)
