Good observation and perspective. Bitcoin has just started this bull stride, so I feel like ALTS will catch a bit later. Whenever Bitcoin breakout and consolidates at the upper band, it gives a hint of ALTS rally, that is exactly what is happening in ALTS when BTC hovers around 100k.
