The year is 2024 and Scrooger has decided that he is working way too much... So he is taking some time for himself now and then. How? Well, he used to love games when he was growing up. A simple way to escape reality for a few mere moments. Thus, he will be posting about his little adventures from time to time. The game in question is Red Dead Redemption 2.
Hi everyone! I hope your new year is going well so far! I have been trying to organize my year and goals and slowly getting my mind ready for the long year ahead. I need some breaks from life though, times can get rough, so here I am with another few minutes of Red Dead Redemption 2. My other gunslinger life.
We have to take time to appreciate how pretty this game is!
So now that we are back in the game I had to go check on our Reverand who seems to have a little drinking and gambling problem. When I finally found him I had the option to play poker in his place or run away since the guys he was up against were just feeding him booze and taking his money, when I first saw this dodgy guy he was playing with I couldn't resist, so I jumped in with my best poker face.
I decided to play since I enjoy poker. I drained a character of their funds and decided to call it a day.
Now with a bigger wallet and a setting sun, it was time to find the Reverand who seemed to have disappeared.
The drunken bastard seemed to have been picking a fight with a much bigger guy, that I had to take care of and fight off. Now I seem to be his personal bodyguard.
After I took care of the reverend's opponent, a farmer saw me beating him up and threatened to report me to the authorities. So I had to act quickly and threaten him to shut his mouth, or else...
I kinda feel like the bad guy in this game so far...
After quieting this tattle tale I had to look for the Reverand again. He wandered off and got himself stuck on the train tracks. This beautiful sunset blew me away, but I had no time to appreciate it.
With an approaching train, I might add! I saved him, and myself, but we had a near-death experience and I was wondering if he really deserved saving. He just kept messing up...
Then I loaded him on my horse and took him home to sleep it off. The bastard.
Scrooger signing off and wondering if my character is really a good guy or if he is actually a bad guy... only time will tell. Until our next little adventure!
We really should appreciate the beauty of this game a I see it has a fantastic graphics and those scenes of this game are just too much amazing. That moment of saving both yourself and Reverand from the approaching train looks great.
If you had the chance to ask why he was doing this when he wakes up, I bet Reverand would say, "its not his fault as he was drunk".
