So, Meredith promised nothing would ever break them apart. And then the credit appeared where I could accept the promise or I could rethink the choice. I don't know what would happen if I would accept the promise, but I would definitely go for rethinking the choice.
And when I went for it, everything changed and I was relieved that the game was actually not ending. It was like, I got another chance to continue the journey.
This time, both me and Peter understood it was not his mom. So, I got to push her and stay out of his hugging zone. Then I could shoot her and when I did it, she was acting as if she was really his mom. So, I gave her another chance and I hugged her but she failed with her low-budget acting again.
I pushed her again, and when I shot her this time, she was doing well with her acting. She was saying she doesn't want to die and that she wants to be together. But then something happened to her, and she started screaming when she was going to blow up.
Then I was dragged into another reality where Nikki was calling Peter as dad and asked him to get up, as they didn't have much time. Nikki mentioned they needed to get everything ready as her mom will be home soon.
I followed Nikki and she said she needed my help, mentioning her mom will be home for lunch soon and she wants everything to be perfect for her birthday, which was that day. Peter didn't remember anything, but I played along.
Nikki needed my help with the holoprojector and to grab the birthday present that Nikki kept in one of their rooms. So I, after activating the holo project, I searched for the present and I carried it to Nikki.
After putting the present on the table, like Nikki asked, Nikki asked me to get the door as her mother was knocking.
There was Ko-Rel at the door who was acting smooth but suddenly something came out of her body. It was like the original soul of Ko-Rel came out of the fake body and took away the soul of Peter to have a private chat. And asked Peter not to believe it as this is not real.
