Saving the Villagers - Ghost of Tsushima.

in Gaming Photography16 days ago

I moved through the Mongol camp quietly, taking out guards on the tower before freeing the villagers locked in cages. Inside a nearby house, the headman was being tortured, and I had to fight three Mongols in close quarters to save him. After securing the area, I ended the last wounded Mongol's suffering.

After coming out of the flashback, I went for the Mongol who was working on something at that gate. There was another Mongol above him on the tower, so I had to be as quiet as possible to take this Mongol down.

I was not leaving any single soul of the Mongols alive, so I climbed up on the tower quietly and I assassinated that Mongol who was guarding from the height.

Then I opened up the second gate, out of three.

I started opening cages and I found a dead villager in the first cage but there were survivors in the others. I feed them all and Jean asked them to escape for the time being as it's not safe yet.

Then I went inside this house, where a villager was being tortured on the floor above. I was climbing up, but there was a Mongol who was guarding this side, so I didn't, I shouldn't have climbed up this way, as the villagers could die.

I noticed there was an open window that I used to get inside, and I assassinated the Mongol who was the closest to the villager. The other Mongols tried to attack that villager, but I acted first.

As there were three of them in the same room, the villager's life was at risk because I could only fight one at a time. But I did well fighting them all and saving the villagers at the same time.

I saved the villager who was the headman of this village, and he mentioned that the Mongols threatened to kill his people unless he'd accept their rule. And he was about to give in, but he was strong enough to resist.

Then I noticed a Mongol was struggling to survive, as he hadn't died yet. I ended his suffering by stabbing my sword through his back.
